“I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.”
Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals, Mark had always been interested in the concept of nutrition and health – whether it be for athletic performance, medical reasons, or even simply to maintain a certain lifestyle. His experiences from studying Nutritional Sciences and Chemistry at the University of Arizona, working at the University Medical Centre and University of Arizona Campus health, NSCA Strength and Nutrition Internship while competing as a high level track and field athlete for Canada and the University of Arizona have given him ample experience to help clients achieve attainable and maintainable fitness and nutritional goals.
Mark is a big believer in changing one’s lifestyle versus dieting. The reality is that dieting will be successful in the short term, while our philosophy here at Drive 365 fitness is all about growth and the long term of your health. So be apart of our Life Style Movement and ask yourself: what’s your Drive?
