James is a strength & conditioning coach who after being involved in a wide spectrum of sports himself including football, boxing, rugby and more , turned his passion from learning how to increase performance not only just on the field, but how to optimize life off the field as well.
After High school James immediately knew his passion towards living a optimized healthy life and increasing athletic performance would be his career. James studied under multiple associations attaining his International Sports Science Association Strength & Conditioning Certification, National Sports Performance Speed & Agility Coach Certification as well as the Functional Movement Screen Certification.
James is a lifelong learner who is passionate about learning about human movement, mobility, flexible, strength and conditioning. He is relentless in studies and his application while training clients. James is keen to utilize his functional movement screen to help fix postural imbalances, and get clients moving pain free. James loves to work with athletes who are dedicated and thrive on a methodical approach to sports performance.
James has equipped himself with the necessary tools and knowledge to approach each session with safe and progressive exercises to ensure your unique needs and goals are meet.
