We are certified golf fitness professionals with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS). We place golfers through a complete array of movements reserved for the best golfers in the world. Utilizing our screening process, we measure your ability to generate and transfer speed in your golf game.
Factors like strength, balance, nutrition, and posture all influence the body’s mechanics. Our team assesses the golfer’s mechanics in their physical, mental abilities and limitations. With the information from the screens we prescribe exercises that will help correct and enhance performance.
