Chelsea is a graduate from the University of British Columbia in Kinesiology as well as a BC sports aid certified, and a practicing Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Having suffered two major injuries resulting in surgery, Chelsea also brings a personal appreciation for active rehabilitation and a deep understanding on how injuries can impact one’s lifestyle.

As a result of her commitment to active rehabilitation and improving her overall strength and fitness, Chelsea was able to resume all of her previous activities such as life-guarding, swimming, dancing, basketball, and skiing.

Furthermore, Chelsea has experience working with children, youth and adults as a swimming and sports instructor. Because of her past history, Chelsea is passionate about preventing injuries, helping people achieve their fitness goals and working with young athletes.
